Jeju has no passenger railway or metro. A train ticket or mainland rail pass will not take you around the island. Reach Jeju by flight or a suitable ferry route, then compare buses, a tour or road transfers.
Use Jeju City, Seogwipo and Seongsan as different planning bases and group each day by coast. If your Korea itinerary also includes the mainland, book that rail segment separately. Check current ferry operation, weather and the final connection before paying.
The local picture
Jeju is a volcanic island with widely spaced sights. Choose one coast per day; there is no railway or metro.
